Sajjan & Lisa Sharma, Minister & Women’s Minister

After emigrating from India with his family in 1975, Sajjan began his spiritual journey in 1993 and has worked in the full-time ministry for the past 28 years.  He received his MSW degree from Boston College in 2006 and is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in Psychology and Biblical Counseling.  Along with his wife, Lisa, he has led churches around the world and in New England and has recently joined the Northview Church of Christ staff.

Lisa graduated from MIT in 1996 with her degree in Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences.  She entered the full-time ministry after graduation and married Sajjan shortly after, beginning a journey that has taken them around the world serving churches in India, Bulgaria, Albania, Boston, and Springfield, MA.  After 26 years of marriage and raising two children, Lisa and her husband have now settled in the Atlanta area where she leads the women in the Northview Church of Christ.

Tim Cummings

Tim Cummings, Church Board, Missions

Tim is from Parkersburg, WV.  He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1980 with a math degree.  He later graduated from the UNC School of Medicine in 1986, and did his residency in Internal Medicine in Columbia, SC.  He met his wife Becky at the Columbia Church of Christ and they married in 1988.  They moved to Atlanta to work for HOPE Worldwide.  In 2000, they had a daughter, Mikayla.  Tim and Becky currently live in Milton, GA and Tim’s medical practice is in Roswell, GA.

Ron Cole

Ron Cole, Church Board

Ron is from Hollis (Queens) NY. He graduated from Long Island University – CW Post in 1977 with a degree in Psychology. He took a job with IBM right after college working there for 31 Years, retiring in 2008. Ron met his wife Kristi in New York, they married in 1989. The family moved to Atlanta in 2001 and currently live in Alpharetta, GA. Ron and Kristi have 5 children, Ron Jr. (Melissa), Justin (Thalia), Melina, Cory and Max as well as 3 grandchildren Jaydon, Gianna and Julian.

Michele Smith

Michele Smith, Church Board

Michele grew up in South Dakota where she received Bachelors and Masters degrees from South Dakota State University. She completed her PhD in Child and Family Development/Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Georgia, with additional training in Medical Family Therapy at Duke University Medical Center. She has taught Masters students in Marriage and Family Therapy programs at the University of San Diego and Mercer University (Georgia) for 15 years. She has also taught resident physicians and graduate students in integrated behavioral health as part of Family Medicine, Psychiatry, and Orthopedic residency programs at Emory University, the University of California, San Diego, and WellStar Atlanta Medical Center for 22 years.

Michele is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specializes in working with people who are experiencing challenges in their health, emotions, behavior, and spirituality.  Michele serves in various capacities on professional and civic boards and participates in community-based volunteer activities. She loves hiking, backpacking, and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mom of two adult children, William and Meaghan.

Matt Novak

Matt is an ER doctor and has been married to his wife, Micki for 35 years.  They have 5 children.  Matt oversees the building ministry and is in charge of all things related to its appearance.  He also has a heart for shepherding and marriage and family counseling.

John & Beda Roberts

John was born in Atlanta and grew up in Tennessee. While attending Clemson University, he started studying the Bible and became a Christian in 1984. After graduation, he moved to Boston where he met and married Beda Cordero in 1991, eventually returning to Georgia with Beda and their 3 children, completing an MBA degree at Georgia Tech. John loves the Bible and is the author of A Griever’s Guide to Life. Beda grew up in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico and has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. She currently works as a mental health professional. John and Beda live in Marietta, Georgia.

Jamie Sirois

Jamie Sirois, Church Board

Jamie Sirois grew up in South Carolina and received her BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina where she met her husband, Rick. They were married in 2000 and have two boys, Ricky and Phillip. Jamie was baptized at the Columbia Church of Christ in 2007, where she was active in the Childrens and Young Marrieds ministries. The Sirois family moved to the Alpharetta, GA area in 2017 to support Jamie’s career at HP, Inc as a Product/Business Manager.

Griselda Marmolejos

Griselda Marmolejos, Accountant

Griselda is the founder and CEO of GPM Accounting and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Baruch College in New York City.  She has obtained a wide range of professional experience throughout her career.  She has worked for the past 20 years in the Manufacturing, Service and Non-Profit sectors in which she has held several financial and accounting positions.

Griselda resides in Tyrone, GA alongside her husband and business partner, Jesus as well as their two children.  One of her favorite things to do is mentor young professionals in their career, as well as help people achieve financial independence through planning and budgeting.  She enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.
