At Northview Church, we believe that spiritual growth happens best in the context of relationships. That’s why we’ve designed Connect Groups—small, vibrant communities where people can gather based on their interests, geography, or stage of life. Whether you’re looking to dive deeper into Scripture, build specific spiritual skills, or engage in fun and meaningful social activities, Connect Groups are designed to help us grow together in faith, friendship, and purpose.
How Connect Groups Work
- Two Sessions Per Year: Groups run in two four-month seasons, allowing for flexibility and fresh opportunities to connect.
- Diverse Group Options: Join a group that aligns with your passions, location, or life stage—whether it’s a Bible study, a parenting group, a discipleship skills class, or an outdoor adventure group.
- A Summer Break for Deeper Connections: During the summer, we pause Connect Groups to focus on intentional one-on-one relationships, hospitality, and mentoring opportunities.
Types of Connect Groups
✔ Bible Study Groups – Walk through a book of the Bible or a topical study.
✔ Skill-Based Groups – Grow in areas like prayer, evangelism, leadership, or spiritual disciplines.
✔ Activity-Based Groups – Hike, cook, play sports, or engage in hobbies while building community.
✔ Life Stage Groups – Gather with others in a similar stage of life, from young professionals to empty nesters.
✔ Outreach & Service Groups – Engage in local mission projects and serve our community together.
