Sajjan & Lisa Sharma

After emigrating from India with his family in 1975, Sajjan began his spiritual journey in 1993 and has worked in the full-time ministry for the past 28 years.  He received his MSW degree from Boston College in 2006 and is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in Psychology and Biblical Counseling.  Along with his wife, Lisa, he has led churches around the world and in New England and has recently joined the Northview Church of Christ staff.

Lisa graduated from MIT in 1996 with her degree in Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences.  She entered the full-time ministry after graduation and married Sajjan shortly after, beginning a journey that has taken them around the world serving churches in India, Bulgaria, Albania, Boston, and Springfield, MA.  After 26 years of marriage and raising two children, Lisa and her husband have now settled in the Atlanta area where she leads the women in the Northview Church of Christ.

Cory Cole

Cory grew up in Roswell and his family has been attending Northview ever since he was in middle school. He became a disciple right before leaving to attend college at the University of Georgia. During his summer breaks in college, Cory worked as full-time counselor at Camp Swamp and later began to intern with the Northview teen ministry. After graduating with a degree in journalism in 2017, Cory moved back to Roswell and worked part-time as a photo editor for CNN; he also continued to work as a youth ministry intern at Northview working with the middle school ministry. He is excited to now be working full-time for Northview in various ministries, including middle school, campus and Spanish-speaking ministriesYouth Minister

Mike & Gina Cellino

Jim & Virginia Lefler

Jim is from Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1971 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He later received an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Jim is the author of The Complete Guide to Grace and co-author of Spiritual Discovery – 7 Principles for Spiritual Growth.  Jim and Virginia married in 1972, and have two married sons and four grandchildren.  Virginia is the author of A Gentle & Quiet Spirit and Pursuing Purity and Spiritual Beauty and co-author of Spiritual Discovery-7 Principles for Spiritual Growth.  Jim and Virginia live in Canton, Georgia.

John & Beda Roberts

John was born in Atlanta and grew up in Tennessee. While attending Clemson University, he started studying the Bible and became a Christian in 1984. After graduation, he moved to Boston where he met and married Beda Cordero in 1991, eventually returning to Georgia with Beda and their 3 children, completing an MBA degree at Georgia Tech. John loves the Bible and is the author of A Griever’s Guide to Life. Beda grew up in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico and has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. She currently works as a mental health professional. John and Beda live in Marietta, Georgia.

Michele Smith

Michele Smith grew up in South Dakota where she received Bachelors and Masters degrees from South Dakota State University. She completed her PhD in Child and Family Development/Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Georgia, with additional training in Medical Family Therapy at Duke University Medical Center. She has taught Masters students in Marriage and Family Therapy programs at the University of San Diego and Mercer University (Georgia) for 15 years. She has also taught resident physicians and graduate students in integrated behavioral health as part of Family Medicine, Psychiatry, and Orthopedic residency programs at Emory University, the University of California, San Diego, and WellStar Atlanta Medical Center for 22 years.

Michele is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specializes in working with people who are experiencing challenges in their health, emotions, behavior, and spirituality.  Michele serves in various capacities on professional and civic boards and participates in community-based volunteer activities. She loves hiking, backpacking, and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud mom of two adult children, William and Meaghan.

Jamie Sirois

Jamie Sirois grew up in South Carolina and received her BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina where she met her husband, Rick. They were married in 2000 and have two boys, Ricky and Phillip. Jamie was baptized at the Columbia Church of Christ in 2007, where she was active in the Childrens and Young Marrieds ministries. The Sirois family moved to the Alpharetta, GA area in 2017 to support Jamie’s career at HP, Inc as a Product/Business Manager.

Armstrong Soo

Armstrong grew up in Hong Kong and went to college in United States. He was baptized in San Francisco in 1991. He met his wife Margaret in the San Francisco church and were married in 1996. They have 2 boys, Lance and Kyle. He and his family moved to Atlanta in 2015. He is currently an engineer with AT&T and owns his real estate and tax preparation business. The Soos enjoy making new friends, traveling and introducing friends to Asian culture.
